We still can’t get over how fun our first HepCAP meeting of the year was. It was so nice to see old friends and make new ones. The first meeting of the year focused on reflecting on HepCAP in 2019, looking at what assets and opportunities exist to address hepatitis C in Philly, and planning for 2020. We are energized by the incredible infrastructure we have in Philly and look forward to working with you in 2020 and beyond to eliminate hepatitis. Below are some of the highlights from the asset mapping activity.

Purpose
This blog is a space to highlight the work of HepCAP coalition members, as well as the activities happening throughout Philadelphia that promote the health of those living with, or at high-risk of contracting hepatitis C. The bulk of the blog’s content consists of interviews from community members. Through this blog, we not only hope to start engaging conversations, but we also aim to create more tangible ways to hear from the Philadelphia community. We hope to use this platform to uplift their stories, engage those with lived experience, and offer different perspectives from those around the city who have joined the fight against hepatitis C.
